Coupled with our local wines, this will be an unforgettable dining experience. Local Crayfish, Abalone, Oysters, Scallops, Mussels, Aged Beef and finfish all feature on our ever - changing menu.
Our slant on local produce is unique; the majority of our menu is sourced from within 45 minutes of your table. With a “rogue’s gallery” of our local suppliers on the wall, there is a story to tell from the supplier, to the kitchen, to the plate..

Firstly, our Chef is a local identity who lives at the resort with his family. Noel is committed to fresh produce, local seafood and meat and herbs fresh from our own garden.

Our staff will show you our Private Dining Room (PDR) on request which may be reserved for a special dinner for 2 to 12 persons. Noel will design a special dinner also on request during your stay with us
